EMS laser operations utilize over a dozen of the highest quality continuous forms simplex and duplex laser systems and ink jet printers. Our lasers are capable of producing over 12 million personalized laser forms each business day. On an alternating hourly basis, our QC supervisors bring each of our imaging machines to a halt in order to confirm the quality and accuracy expected on each personalized letter. Actual client signoffs are matched to imaging production ensuring not only the accuracy of the static/ variable imaged information, but also the quality of the toner or ink output as well.

Due to the form quantity processed through our lasers each day, EMS has an ongoing service contract that provides onsite techs to preventatively maintain our machines daily ensuring flawless laser output.
